Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens to the money you pay LostFynd AI. If your signed proposal says something different, your proposal applies.

Free demo

The custom demo is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Setup fee

• You pay 50% of the setup fee to start work, and the other 50% only when you approve your agent and it is ready to go live.
• Once work has started, the setup fee paid for that work is not refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Monthly service

• Monthly service is month to month. Cancel in writing before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged for the following month.
• Minutes used above your included amount are billed at your agreed per-minute rate on your next invoice.

Pilot

If you run a paid pilot and then continue to a full setup, the pilot fee is credited in full toward your setup fee.
