Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of lostfynd.com and the services provided by LostFynd AI. This is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

Services

We design, build and operate custom AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calling. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or order.

Fees & payment

• Setup fee: 50% is payable in advance to begin work. The remaining 50% is payable when the client approves the agent and it is ready to go live.
• Monthly fees: billed monthly based on usage and the package agreed in the proposal. Usage above included amounts is billed at the agreed rate on the following invoice.
• All amounts are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Free demos & pilots

Free demos are provided for evaluation only. Optional paid pilots run for the period and minutes stated in the pilot offer; where stated, the pilot fee is credited toward a full setup.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to train their agent, and for ensuring that their call lists, consents, disclosures and use of the service comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA, Telemarketing Sales Rule, National Do Not Call Registry, state laws, and Canada's CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules and National DNCL.

Cancellation

Monthly services are month-to-month and may be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

AI agents may occasionally make errors. To the extent permitted by law, LostFynd AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
